We collect minimal information necessary to provide our services:
• Account data: When you sign up, we store your name, email address, and authentication provider (email or Google). This is managed securely by Supabase.
• Usage data: Google Analytics (GA4) collects anonymized usage statistics such as page views, session duration, and tool usage. No personally identifiable information is included.
• Tool inputs: For tools that run in your browser (word counter, JSON formatter, PDF tools, etc.), your inputs are processed locally and never sent to our servers.
• AI tool inputs: When you use Fneno AI tools, your input text is sent to our AI engine for processing. We do not store or log these inputs.
How We Use Your Data
• To provide and improve our tools and services
• To authenticate you when you sign in
• To analyze usage patterns and improve user experience
• We do NOT sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for marketing
• We do NOT use your data to train AI models
Data Security
• Authentication is handled by Supabase, which uses industry-standard encryption (AES-256, TLS 1.3)
• Passwords are never stored in plain text
• Google OAuth is handled entirely by Google — we never see your Google password
• Most tool processing happens client-side in your browser, meaning your data never leaves your device
Cookies & Tracking
• Authentication cookies: Used to keep you signed in. These are essential and cannot be disabled.
• Google Analytics: Uses cookies to track anonymized usage statistics. You can opt out via your browser settings or a GA opt-out extension.
• Google AdSense: May use cookies to show relevant ads. You can manage ad preferences at g.co/adsettings.
• Language preference: We store your language preference (Arabic/English) in localStorage.
